Our journey began 15 years ago when the founder and CEO, Mbalizethu Mkhize’s own experience of infertility, after several heartbreaking failed IVF, led her to a journey of self-healing that would see her help others to build families.
Encouraged by her doctor, Mbali as she is endearingly known, embarked on a new career that would see her recruit donors for his clinic. Her experience in international modelling and high-profile recruitment industries, became a natural fit with her new career in the IVF industry since she had access to a wide pool of high-profile models from which she recruits donors.
Today Donate-Or-Surrogate has partnered with top fertility specialists in California and New York, to bring the best fertility solutions with the best success rate in the world. The company has access to young models and actresses who would love to help intended parents start families.
Mbalizethu Mkhize ( CEO)
Mbali is an internationally renowned model and a former beauty queen. She is regularly featured in international publications such as International Business Times, BBC lifestyle, California Times, Press Reader.
Mbali is also a philanthropist. In 2019 upon a personal tragedy of losing her father who grew up an orphan but emerged to be a top educationist, she co-founded the SB Mkhize Foundation – an organization dedicated to changing the lives of the most vulnerable children without parents. Parts of Donate-Or-Surrogate proceeds go towards this foundation organization looking after orphans.
Doctor Bradford Kolb, MD ( HRC Pasadena)
Dr. Kolb specializes in the care of complex fertility problems at HRC Fertility Pasadena. Under his guidance, HRC’s donor pregnancy rate has seen noticeable improvement. Dr. Kolb is internationally known for his expertise in complex reproductive matters. His clinic is one of the largest providers of egg donation and surrogacy in the United States with patients travelling from around the world to HRC Fertility Pasadena to see him. His practice is known for helping develop and implement cutting-edge technologies in the genetic screening of embryos, new laboratory technologies, and highly efficient treatment. In addition to his high success rates, patients are also impressed by his warm bedside demeaner, compassion, and dedication.
Dr. Kolb received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of California, Irvine. He did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the University of Southern California, and received board certification in both fields.

Attorney Brian Klein ( Falleta & Klein)
Brian Klein is a partner at Falletta & Klein where he specializes in the area of fertility law. He joined the firm in 2021. Brian currently manages Falletta & Klein’s contract team, where he assists hundreds of families through the surrogacy and egg donation process.
Brian also leads international relations for Falletta & Klein’s team. He is a frequent guest speaker at international surrogacy seminars on cross-border surrogacy and egg donation, as well as insight into California’s laws. He is a member of the legal committee of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). Brian is licensed to practice law in the State of California. And hold Education J.D.
